Our board combines expertise from clinical care, research, and patient representation in the field of rare immune diseases.
The SwissRITA board consists of 13 experienced professionals from various university and specialized centers across Switzerland. Together, they bring deep knowledge in rheumatology, immunology, pediatric immune medicine, and related fields. Their aim is to create synergies and sustainably improve the treatment of rare immunological, autoimmune, and autoinflammatory diseases.
The board coordinates network activities,promotes interdisciplinary case discussions, and initiates interregional collaborations. Key priorities include strengthening patient care, developing shared standards, and fostering scientific collaboration.
Another focus lies in promoting young medical professionals and implementing innovative research projects to explore new diagnostic and therapeutic approaches. Through targeted initiatives, the boardalso supports the development of continuing education and the integration of patient perspectives into clinical practice.
