Our board combines expertise from clinical care, research, and patient representation in the field of rare immune diseases.
The SwissRITA board consists of 13 experiencedprofessionals from various university and specialized centers acrossSwitzerland. Together, they bring deep knowledge in rheumatology, immunology,pediatric immune medicine, and related fields. Their aim is to create synergiesand sustainably improve the treatment of rare immunological, autoimmune, andautoinflammatory diseases.
The board coordinates network activities,promotes interdisciplinary case discussions, and initiates interregionalcollaborations. Key priorities include strengthening patient care, developingshared standards, and fostering scientific collaboration.
Another focus lies in promoting young medicalprofessionals and implementing innovative research projects to explore newdiagnostic and therapeutic approaches. Through targeted initiatives, the boardalso supports the development of continuing education and the integration ofpatient perspectives into clinical practice.
